New Memorials Direct is proud to offer quality in-house engraving at affordable wholesale pricing.  All of our engraving is done not only with an advanced, computer-driven engraving system, but with the passion and spirit of our in-house engraver, Ariel. A professionally trained engraver and artist at heart, Ariel offers engraving on many hard-to-engrave products with the utmost precision. She will work one on one with customers to ensure the final product exceeds the expectations of your staff and the families you serve.

What can be engraved?

In addition to engraving most wholesale cremation jewelry items, New Memorials Direct offers some additional personalization items that are not offered anywhere else. Some of these options (shown below) include customers’ sketches, signatures and symbols.

Can you engrave a signature? A doodle? A drawing?

Yes, we can! For some families, nothing seems more personal than something done in their loved one’s own hand. We do have the ability to duplicate and engrave simple drawings and signatures. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

What font styles are available?

New Memorials Direct offers two basic font styles, script and block. Please note that block is more legible on very small pieces or with many characters. Also note that script is difficult to read in all capital letters. If you would like capital letters, block is the best choice. We suggest capitalizing the first letter of every word and please ensure there are no spelling errors. If you have any questions about which font might be best for your order, please don’t hesitate to call Ariel.

Can you engrave a heart/star/peace sign on my order?

Below you will find some common symbols that can be engraved. If you have something in mind that you don’t see here, please contact us for information on customized engraving.

How long will it take to engrave and ship my order?

Depending on the volume of engraving orders, it can take up to four days for an item to be completed. Photo engraving may take up to a couple of weeks. Many pieces, however, are engraved on the same day they are ordered. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, simply let us know.

Why did the engraving form field cut me off before I finished typing my entire engraving order?

Due to size and engravable area, each piece is different in the number of characters it can hold. While we encourage families to keep to the character limit for the sake of legibility, sometimes additional characters can be added if the font size is decreased. We are happy to work with you to create the memorial that most reflects your wishes. Please feel free to contact us for suggestions and advice.
